Furnmart has had an excellent working partnership with Argility for the past 17 years. Argility delivers 85% of our software needs through a dedicated and highly skilled team, who work closely with our IT team and senior business executives. We have a number of development projects in the pipeline that promise solid ROI and opportunities for business to leverage IT profitably. The technology platforms are up-to-date giving existing systems a long life, and we look forward to a long-term partnership with Argility that is both core to our day-to-day business needs and strategically aligned to future business growth.

As our business expands, we need a robust system framework that will support growth and provide reliable financial information to enable optimal decision-making. Ultimately, Argility’s depth of experience in retail and its established hosting infrastructure clinched the deal for us.

We now have the foundations in place to start looking at new and innovative technologies from CQuential and its parent company, the Argility Technology Group. This will enable us to further manage costs and improve efficiencies. It has been very beneficial for us that CQuential keeps us updated on new international technologies and trends, with proactive options regarding future enhancements to support our business goals.

One of the key benefits for us is that we are able to manage our operations efficiently, while still maintaining the vital ability to provide our franchisees with what they need, one of the biggest benefits of partnering with a local supplier is that we have the opportunity to access Cquential’s consulting team which is a fantastic advantage as they are able to respond to any issues rapidly.

Cquential has given us the insight into the detail behind the inner workings of running a warehouse or DC, which is something we lacked in the past. As the old adage goes 'the devil is in the detail'. This in turn has allowed us to assess and focus our efforts where needed the most. As our business is geared for growth, we have a partner in Cquential that is fully vested in assisting us to be an enabler to realize that growth.

I would just like to give my appreciation for the work done on the Quick OTB project! During specification phase this project turned out to be much more complicated than initially thought with integration to at least 5 different systems. The project was also to be done on extremely tight deadline to ensure we make it for catalogue cut-off date. Shawn himself drew up majority of the technical specifications in very short timeline. The project cost also came in very close to the actual estimates which were done at very high level. Even though all other suppliers involved on the project exceeded their deadlines, Shawn and team managed to complete the project within promised deadlines and still keeping to the normal high standards of dev that is expected.

Tapestry Home Brands has been working with Argility since the acquisition of Dial a Bed in 2014. Argility provides us with support and software for our retail outlet brands Dial a Bed, and more recently, The Bed Store and Mattress Factory. With the knowledge and skills of the team at Argility we have successfully implemented changes and enhancements to the system over the years. Argility also assists us with integration into 3rd party vendors. Our systems are stable and run with minimal disruptions. We look forward to working with Argility in the future with our day to day operations and future business growth.

The Bedding Division is the first to complete the integration development for the tapestry group of brands, which is excellent. Marko, Shawn and Hannes, thanks for your help with this implementation; I know it took a lot of overtime and sacrifice from your team. This doesn’t go unnoticed.
